1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 18.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45247 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has met with an accident on 15.11.2022 at Ranchi and his treatment was going on in Ranchi, so, he could not furnish the bail bond within the stipulated period and requests that the same may be extended for further few weeks.

4. In view of the averments made in paragraph-5 of the modification application, two weeks' further time is granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51924 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned Court below from today and furnish the bail bond in terms of order dated 18.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 45247/2022.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 18.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45247 of 2022 is modified only to the extent as indicated above.

6. The modification application is disposed of accordingly.
