2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioners are prepared to file a detailed representation before the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 4) within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order and he further prays that if such a representation is filed by the petitioners, the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 4) may be directed to dispose of the said representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission and learned counsel for the Respondent-State do not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 4) within one month from today and if such a representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be heard and disposed of on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by
