The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being a mobile phone and SIM card holder, came to know that two mobile SIM cards were purchased in name of Rajkumar, son of Arvind Kumar and Gopi Singh. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6821 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 came to know through newspaper that extortion has been demanded from out of the mobile numbers sold by him being SIM number 8651899427 from the business men of Rajepur and Tetaria. On enquiry, it was found that Raushan Kumar son of Amar Deo Rai was using the aforesaid number by committing forgery leading to registration of FIR against Raushan Kumar. During investigation, the name of the petitioner sprang up. It is submitted by learned counsel for the even assuming the accusation no case is made out against the petitioner as the accusation is specific against Raushan Kumar and maliciously the police has roped the petitioner in four other cases initially registered against unknown between July and August, 2014.

On the grounds taken by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that specific accusation has been levelled against Raushan Kumar, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East
