JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021 dated 11.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code. On the petitioner being found near the place where the recovery of 444 liters of liquor was made, he was arrested and is in custody since 20.07.2021.

Apart from the present case, the petitioner has not been made accused in any other criminal case whatsoever. Regard being had to the period of custody and the nature of offence, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
