2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 503 of 2021 registered under Section 304(b)/341/323/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are said to have confined the informant's wife in a room and poisoned her which resulted into death.

4. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners are in custody since 04.03.2022 and 28.04.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
