2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 441 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a dispute between own brothers. The FIR has been instituted after a considerable delay on 09.11.2015 for the alleged offence of 01.11.2015. It is stated that both sides have received injuries.
4. Considering that the injury no. 1 on the lower
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8411 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 lip as well as injury no. 5 on the back of left little finger of the informant and said to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
