The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.08 of 2015 registered under Sections 324, 326, 307/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12506 of 2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. More than six months have elapsed. The petitioner and Pratap Singh made firing, causing firearm injury on the chest and hand of the informant. The informant survived. The petitioner is in jail for about two years.

Considering the facts aforesaid and also the fact that the
