The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of commission of murder of the deceased, namely, Suman Devi by the co-accused Kishan Sahani who is the husband of the deceased.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is a Gotani of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Kishan Sahani. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60107 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dalsingsarai, District- Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
