Though the petitioner complains against the Chief Councillor, Purnea Municipal Corporation but even while raising issues against the Chief Councillor, there is nothing on record to demonstrate whether the petitioner has taken recourse to the remedy available to him under the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 for the purpose. In the circumstances, no cause for indulgence is made out presently and the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to exhaust the remedy so available to him in law.
