ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 18.01.2018 in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the F.I.R. itself only one knife was recovered from possession of petitioner no. 1 Sonu Kumar Ray @ Sonu Kumar Ray, one live cartridge and one Mobile was recovered from possession of petitioner no.2 Kalika Kumar Yadav @ Kalika Kumar Yadav and two live cartridges and Mobiles were recovered from petitioner

Considering the period of custody of present three petitioners and another one implication in Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 in which the petitioners have already been granted bail, the petitioners having no other case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Rivilganj P.S.
