JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard Mr. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020, dated 11.04.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but he is sought to be prosecuted on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person, viz., Ajay Das.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated and that

No.5682 of 2021(2) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 the petitioner is to appear in the matriculation examination which commences from 17th day of this month, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
