2. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " 01. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding Respondents to the take immediate action on illegal construction conducted by respondent no. Servey Sheet no.
234 Plot 4 on no. 260,261 Circle no. 143 under ward no. 65 and also direct the State Respondents to stop the ongoing construction made by respondent no. 4 without getting any sanctioned Map from the concerned Authority and also without getting any consent from the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14132 of 2023(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 landowner for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of this case." .
3. In this case on 06.09.2024, two weeks peremptory time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s).
