The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of informant was done to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by the petitioners and other co-accused persons. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is cousin father-in-law of the deceased and they are living

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49524 of 2022(3) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioners are father-in-law and cousin fatherin-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate XV, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
