According to prosecution case, petitioner used to exploit the informant, sexually, since last two years on the false promise of marriage and furthermore, on 28-09-2015, having entered into the house of the informant, committed rape on her. The present case was lodged on 11-10-2015 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to the institution of the present case, the brother of the petitioner had given an informatory petition in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga disclosing this fact that family members of the informant had approached for her marriage, which was denied by him, upon which, the family members of the informant had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56963 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 given threatening to implicate his entire family in a false case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Darbhanga.
