Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Town Aurangabad PS Case No.95 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295(A), 188 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that on the occasion of Ramnavami procession, the accused persons indulged in communal riot, committed arson and opened fire. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that large

No.26677 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 number of people have been made accused, precisely 89 persons are named and 100 persons are not named, there is no specific accusation against any of the accused and similarly situated other co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by coordinate Benches of this Court as well as by this Court too. Having considered the aforesaid fact, petitioners, namely, Amresh Mishra @ Amresh Kumar Mishra and Umaraman Kumar Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Town Aurangabad PS Case No.95 of 2018.
