JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. When the informant and other police officials raided the house of the petitioner with an intent to arrest him in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 156 of 2004, one firing was made from inside the house, causing charring injury on the left eye of the informant. It is not specific, who made the aforesaid firing and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-092015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 221 of 2004 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
