The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2017, a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners' Counsel submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case even though the F.I.R is against unknown. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioners and till date Test Identification Parade has not been held. The petitioners are in custody since 01.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24347 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Bahadurganj Police Station Case No. 161 of 2017, with condition that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how they are related with the petitioners. The bailors will also undertake to inform the court if there is any change of the address of the petitioners.
