JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Ravi Shankar Sahay, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ajay Nandan Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned A.P.P., seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioners may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an indication that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioners appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on same day.
