2. In view of the materials on record, the admitted dues of the petitioner having been paid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6985 of 2017 (7) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 submitted that in absence of the calculation chart being given, he is not in a position to verify as to whether entire payment has been correctly made.
