JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits that the claim raised on behalf of the petitioner is based on disputed question of facts, which cannot be gone into in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. He further submits that in view of the judicial pronouncements made by this Court by a judgment and order as contained in Annexure-2, the writ petition is not maintainable.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
