Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa at the head of Shankar Rai. The Doctor has found consistent injury on the head of Shankar Rai, dangerous to life. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.24331 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi Police Station Case No. 207 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
