The petitioners, who are brother-in-law and mother-inlaw of deceased, apprehend arrest in a case under sections 304B,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners submit that the allegations leveled against them are general in nature and the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let both the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36623 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Singh, JM, Danapur (Patna) in Dulhin Bazar Police station case no. 78 of 2013.
