This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 2999 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that he had informed the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, who appears in the complaint case in the Court below about the pendency of this case and it has been informed by him that the opposite party no.2 has perhaps remarried.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 08.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5808 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender be released on bail on the bail
