Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 29.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.276C of 2012 pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif on the same terms as well as condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
