Chhoba and some instruments are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 26-102015 without having any criminal antecedent. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner happens to be first offender.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. C2A-42 of 2015 to
