Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,380 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2017. Investigation is already closed. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from his possession nor he was put on T.I.Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
