ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 24.4.2014.
It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that strangely the Petitioner is living with the father of the Opposite Party No. 2 and maintaining him as well as their four children while the Opposite Party No. 2 has gone away to some other place.
Considering such aspect of the matter, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 24.4.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 53 of 2011 (Trial No. 1839 of 2014) to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12513 of 2014 (3) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur (or its successor) is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
