One country-made Katta and two live cartridges were said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 04-10-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baruraj P.S.
