Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 01.10.2018 passed by the Zonal Manager ( Disciplinary Authority), Punjab National Bank. He further submits that against the said order statutory appeal lies before the appellate authority. Therefore, the petitioner has preferred appeal before the Executive Director, Punjab National Bank on 27.02.2020 but till date no order has been passed.

In this view of the matter, this Court without entering into the merit or demerit of this writ petition, directs Respondent No. 2, namely, The Executive Director, Punjab National Bank to pass the order within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, considering all the points raised by the petitioner in appeal.

4. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
