All the petitioners are named in the first information report but having more or less similar allegation, two accused Saheb Yadav and Guddu Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail vide order dated 3.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36655 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.638 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.80 of 2015.
