Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) PS Case No.170 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits there is case and counter case between both sides due to construction of the house and both sides are living in neighbourhood and there is no allegation of repetition of blow by the petitioners and the injuries found on the person of the informant and his wife are simple in nature.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24930 of 2018(2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioners, namely, Bandhu Bind and Anil Bind are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) PS Case No.170 of 2018.
