2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, three unknown miscreants on the point of pistol looted cash of Rs. 2,74,190/- from the staff of Sonara Finance Pvt. Ltd. while he was going to deposit in SBI, Tajpur.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar.

5. Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50178 of 2023(3) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 which one is of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
