JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 25-06-2015 In view of the order dated 19.2.2010 passed in CWJC No. 3571/2992 as also the order dated 11.5.2011 passed in MJC No. 3807/2010, the present application for restoration can be considered on payment of cost of Rs. 25,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has challenged the aforesaid orders before the Apex Court and he is not willing to deposit Rs. 25,000/-.

In view of the aforesaid orders of this Court, the restoration application is dismissed.
