JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he along with others kidnapped the deceased and subsequently the dead body of the deceased was recovered. The alleged occurrence took place in the year 2000 and the petitioner could be remanded in the year 2015 i.e. near about15 years of the alleged occurrence and no explanation regarding the same was placed before this Court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 518 of 2015 arising out of
