JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 The present modification petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 20.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21353 of 2015 stating that "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran may be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari".

It is further prayed that the time for surrender also be extended by another three weeks from the date of receipt or production of the order.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present modification petition is allowed. The "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran" be read as "Additional Chief Judidicial Magistrate, East Champaran at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7664 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 Motihari" in the order dated 20.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21353/2015 and the petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.
