The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation have been leveled against the petitioners, who is father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased lady. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, it has come that the sister of the deceased was also married in the same family and she has stated that on account of petty dispute within the family, deceased had committed suicide by burning herself. Learned counsel for the State after referring paragraph

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1175 of 2016 (3) dt.16-02-2016 30 of the case diary submits that sister of the deceased stated that deceased committed suicide on her own will.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
