The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner is mother of the deceased and it is alleged that deceased was adamant to marry with her mama, Arun Ravidas, which was objected by her entire family members. On 6.5.2022 petitioner's husband and her father-in-law killed the deceased and thrown her dead body near Baghar.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this cse. Specific allegation of killing is against petitioner's husband and her

By applying third degree method, police took self confessional statement of the petitioner, which is inadmissible in the eye of law. There is no consistent material to implicate the petitioner in the present case. No one is eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.05.2022.
The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022.
