Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case. Allegation is that the petitioner caught to Ramji Bhagat and Ram Vilash Bhagat gave a blow with a spade causing injury at his head. Thereafter, the petitioner assaulted with rod to Rahul. The Doctor has found simple injury on Rahul.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25844 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Pachrukhi Police Station Case No. 259 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
