2. This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner who is accused in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 308(3), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. In the bail petition only one criminal antecedent has been mentioned by the petitioner. In the case diary also, only one criminal antecedent is mentioned.
4. The learned counsel for the informant has pointed out that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

5. Because of the false statement made by the petitioner about his criminal antecedent, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
7. The Superintendent of Police, East/concerned, Patna is directed to look into the matter and is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the I.O. of the case, who has mentioned only one criminal antecedent in the case diary, as it appears to this Court that the I.O. of the case was gained over by the petitioner.
8. The action taken report must be submitted by the Superintendent of Police, East/concerned, Patna within four weeks of communication/receipt of a copy of this order.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
