Petitioner will have to ultimately answer for his indiscretion. However, taking into consideration that he has already deposited a value added tax by way of challan, contained in Annexure-2, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Mohania P. S. Case No. 194 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in subsection (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal
