Identical issue has been raised in C.W.J.C. No.8608 of 2017 and this Court has dealt with the issue and decided the case against the petitioner vide order dated 08.05.2018. Both the parties have agreed that the issue involved in these writ petitions is identical to the issue involved in C.W.J.C. No.8608 of 2017 and the decision passed in the aforesaid writ petition will govern the field. In such view of the matter, as the issue has already been decided by the Single Bench these writ petitions are also dismissed in the same term.
