Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pawana PS Case No.15 of 2018, registered under Sections 401, 203, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that three duplicate keys of motorcycles were recovered from him and from his associates also there is recovery of duplicate key and it is alleged that they were making plan to commit theft. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation that any such attempt was made by the petitioner, except alleged recovery of those keys, there is no other material and the petitioner does not bear any criminal antecedent. No.26703 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Pawana PS Case No.15 of 2018.
