Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one Kailash Prasad was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing name of the petitioner and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having similar allegation several co-accused, namely, Umesh Rai and others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Mehshi P.S. Case no. 100/2013. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
