JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol along with two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the dickky of motorcycle of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.09.2015.

However, the ballistic expert has reported that recovered firearm was not effective.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
