2. Heard Mrs. Kumari Anupam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Fahimuddin, learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Complaint Case No. 1591 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506/34, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

4. Petitioner is husband of the complainant. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the complaint petition is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint petition.

6. It appears that during the court proceeding both the parties have appeared before this Court on 07.04.2023 and want to reconcile the strained relationship and is willing to live with each other as a husband and wife but from perusal of the order dated 10.04.2023 the petitioner after undertaking before this Court has escaped from the Court without the honour of undertaking before this Court vide orders dated 07.04.2023 and 10.04.2023 respectively.

7. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 1591 of 2021 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan.

8. Prayer is refused.
