The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 307, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that for a purchase of land by informant from the brother of the informant Dasai Yadav the accused persons came and assaulted the informant Raju Kumar and Santu Yadav and snatched Rs.35,000/- from his house.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. There is counter version of the occurrence
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6453 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 and injury has been found to be simple in nature. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the genesis of the occurrence, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
