JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2016 Sri Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to SC-6 , submits that the appeal, which had been preferred before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal , was rejected only on the ground that in the Matriculation Certificate in place of her father's name , the name of husband of the petitioner was mentioned and, as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the Bihar School Examination Board regarding correction of name in the Matriculation Certificate of the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty
Patna High Court CWJC No.12678 of 2011 (7) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 to the petitioner to approach the Bihar School Examination Board. It is clarified that this Court has not recorded any opinion regarding merit of the case.
