This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Hilsa Police Station Case No. 423 of 2020, disclosing offences under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is mother-in-law and the allegations are false and the informant has not supported the prosecution case in the trial of the husband and the father-in-law and they have been acquitted. He also submits that both the minor children, aged about 4 years and 3 years, are staying with the petitioner.
