JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The theft of motorcycle of the informant was committed on 07-10-2015 and on 09-10-2015, petitioners are said to have been caught by the informant with stolen motorcycle and after that, the present case was lodged. Petitioner No.1 happens to be co-villager of the informant.
The submission on behalf of petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and as a matter of fact, the informant lodged this case on account of previous enmity.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1049 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.B.
