The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 1190 of 2019, arising out of Sikrahata P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.06.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 30 litres of country made liquor was recovered. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum- Special
